I found a recipe for pumpkin oatmeal, and I made it tonight to have for breakfast tomorrow. If I like it, I’ll post the link.
Worked out after dinner, and have another one planned for 5AM so I think a hearty oatmeal breakfast will get me thru the morning! Hoping for a good WI on Wednesday morning…feeling a little TOM bloaty so gonna chug lots of water to help flush out any lingering bloat.

a 5 AM workout! that’s dedication!!
IOK so not a fan of the pumpkin oatmeal…maybe I only like pumpkin if its in pie or cookie form! LOL! Tried to doctor it up with a little sweetner…just not my cup of tea.
Rather have regular oatmeal with a splash of brown sugar or banans instead.
If anyone wants the recipe, let me know…maybe you would love it!

TOM for me too, but I think I will be down. I’ve been really good since Sunday. Still lacking in exercise though.
