Wednesday Weigh-In Week 3

It’s WEDNESDAY!!!!  That means its time for the weekly weigh-in over at Shrinking Jeans, and I am thrilled to say I am down 2.6 lbs this week! 

That’s ABSO-FN-LOOT-LY Fabulous! 

Total lost for the challenge is 4.6 lbs so far.  Three woots!  Woot-woot-woot!    I finally got to the 40 lbs total loss mark….and surpassed it making my total as of this morning 41.4 lbs!  I can’t imagine ever going back to my old weight, even when I get pregnant I hope to top out at 170 or something not pushing 190 like I was last summer. 

Had a small loss last week with my friend TOM visiting.  Did good all week on the food front, with the exception of pizza for dinner on Saturday and leftover pizza for both meals on Sunday, maybe my body needed a jolt away from the regular stuff I had been eating.  I’m certainly not planning to start eating like this again, but I’m so thankful it didn’t hinder my weight loss this week.  Stopped drinking diet soda for breakfast and switched to coffee with SF creamer.  It helps too since I have been getting up at 5 to exercise a few times a week.  Much better since the temps have been 80-90 here this week.

Finished Level 3 last week and moved onto Banish Fat Boost Metabolism from Jillian.  It is an hour long and is a tough workout.  Its more kickboxing and cardio than The 30 Day Shred was, nice change and apparently my body is liking it too.  Got up this morning to do it, but only got half way done.  Just wasn’t into it…have a lot on my mind this week and felt myself petering out so I did my cool down and called it a day.  Gonna do some more landscaping tonight so I will get some activity in just not BOOSTing.

Next weeks goal….1 pound.  Cake walk right?  We’ll see…we have a 50th birthday party on Saturday and there will be lots of tasty cold beverages consumed.  Might need to check into that MGD 64!
